The newsletter will be of general and recurring nature, and besides limited market commentary, it will contain our trade journal and full analysis of each security we research and trade. In order to comply with the publisher’s exclusion of the Investment Advisers Act, the newsletter will be issued as one way communication, and the subscribers can ask questions about the trades we make and the research we perform, but not about their own financial situation or trading activity. The subscribers must consult their own registered financial advisers, tax professionals and brokers to seek personalized investment advise.
We expect that the newsletter will be one of the most expensive financial newsletters, but we firmly believe that the value of the information contained will more then compensate for the price.
